with the regime, do i have to wipe off the BP if i want to apply moisturizer next? my face is kinda dry the next day after i applied BP so i am not sure if i should put moisturizer on in the morning without BP or do both at the same time

i have give up with the skin care products and decided to go for laser treatment for acne/scars
anyone did dual yellow light laser and how effective it is? any recommended clinic? |
