I've been following jin yee's remedy for almost 1.5 years... my pimple problem is getting so much better after the first few months i started to use cetaphil + BP + Neutrogena moisturizer... this is far more better than the hundreds dollar's facial treatment from any beauty centers which claim they can cure your pimple problem...
well.. nowadays I have better skin with only 1-2 pimples popping out during certain days of the month =P or when I'm over stressed.
I'm currently in Sabah... I can hardly get the Panoxyl =( I searched everywhere and been to all the Guardian pharmacy all around Kota Kinabalu but still couldnt find it... anyone around KK here know where to get this Panoxyl? I'm almost running out of it already =(

when i was 20+ years old i had serious pimple problem then i stumbled upon this thread and my pimples were cleared with Cetaphil + BP .. however, last year my acne problem came again and BP can no longer help in me... Cellnique did a good job for about 9 months and the acne comes attacking me again right now! This time they are all huge cystic acne around my chin and they are hell painful!

I just went to see the Skin doctor cause I cannot bear the pain and the ugliness of my face anymore.. i am put on Roxithromycin 150mgx2/day for one month and the doc gave me some blue colour topical cream... I regret did not go see doc 3 months before when I noticed the unusual growth of acne.. I had wasted a bomb on Facial treatment, collagen drinks etc etc these 2 months...

I used to suffer from acne problem since 12 years old (i'm 29 now >.<) and the condition got worst in 2012 so I decided to see the Dermatologist and was on low dose Accutane (20mg/day) for 12 good months!

Anyways, I have never been happier with my skin right now, and to maintain my clear skin, below is my skincare routine as advised by my derm:

Morning:
1) After cleansing, apply thin layer of Benzoyl Peroxide to whole face (since Panoxyle 2.5% is discontinued, my Derm gave me Enzoxid 5% and asked me to dilute it by myself, well in fact what he meant is that just apply thin layer or mix it with sunblock)

2) After the BP 5%, apply Sunblock SPF30 only.. don't go beyond 30...

3) If the skin is too dry at certain area, may apply little moisturizer on top of the sunblock. I myself using Hamilton Cream.

Night:
1) After cleansing (if wearing make up, may use any cleanser to thoroughly clean your face). before bed, apply Tretinon Cream 0.05% (Retinoic Acid) to whole face and go to sleep...

That's it! Simple and money saving!
