im using neutrogena pore refining cleanser currently....hmm i think the scrub tat present in the foam had make my skin thinner ... any better solution?

fyi, my skin type .... oily at t-zone...erm....obvious acne during menstrual period ....n my hands r juz cnt stop themselv frm pressing the pimples help me pls gals *pray*
