Anything 4 acne scars?

Just thought I might ask from you ladies.

I recently discovered something that I thought all this while was mole, but actually not.

It is brownish-black in color, small tiny and few places on my face. From afar it isn't that obvious, but upon closer examination, I can see the "dot" at my cheek and at the edge of my face next to my eyes. Not itchy and not painful. I've seen my grandfather and old people have that "dot" on their face.

But I'm only 29

Is this what you call acne/blackhead? Can it be remove by going to facial or any facewash?

Not quite sure if you call these freckles.

What could be the cause? I went to facial today and the lady said she cannot remove it and refer me to dermatologist.

Hi, does anyone know Curology brand? I have a horrible acne since las year. I used to follow some treatments from my dermatologist but they don't work well and are to strong for my body. I came across some curology reviews which makes me feel like giving it a shot, but I don't know anyone in person who uses or used to use it. Anyone?
