finally someone brought this up  laugh.gif Oscar form dipped, but Hazard on, so we're still ticking - thankfully smile.gif
*
plus, i think mata+hazard combo more lethal than hazard+oscar combo. gotta love mata + hazard 1,2 passes in tight space. hopefully mata will feature in the coming matches. let him roam behind the striker and hazard + willian do the extra defensive duty.

in the last match that mata play, he did play well.

the idea of selling mata itself is stupid. mou want to have 2 world class player in each position but don't have the ability satisfy and keep every players happy.

i hope mou will rotate more after this. we already lose kdb, mata and schurlle could be next.

Agree.need to rotate player.i hardly see schurlle play now.i know mou fancy player with high work rate but who going to replace them if the player injurt?

I believe these player (mata and schurlle) dont wanna feel outcast and they certainly dont wanna be 2nd choice as they deserve to be 1st choice.that is why rotation is needed.mou need to take care of the player's heart too so that they will feel welcome and enjoy at the bridge.
*
imagine we lose mata and schurlle. cry.gif . we might end up buying overprice mediocre player.

Mata not going for training is really real.
seem like mata is going for a transfer.
37mil + appearance clause which could reach over 40mil.
sigh. A sad days for chelsea.
we are expected to go for luke shaw and another midfielder.
*
buy another moses perhap. doh.gif mou man management not very good i guess. if mata really leave, cant think of any player of the same calibre willing to go to chelsea and play second fiddle to oscar.

the stupidest decision chelsea ever made. yes. ever. what kind of person (or club) in their right mind willing to let go ur most intelligent and creative players to direct rival? and yes, 40mil pound for a player of mata caliber is a bargain.

i blame mou's man management for this transfer. earlier in the season, he said he want to have 2 world class players in each position. but he doesn't have the capacity to make everyone happy. which is the reason why i think willian and schurlle arrival is unnecessary in the first place. kdb gone, mata gone, schurlle might be next.

on replacement for mata, can't think of any good players that are willing to play second fiddle to oscar. as u guys said we might end up buying salah (lel. eypt messi. we already have german messi). barkley (expect 40 -50 mil pound price tag. good player but nowhere near mata standard) and some even suggest we buy zaha. doh.gif

trust me, this transfer will haunt us back. for those who keep on saying we sell mata because we already play united this season, dunno what u guys thinking. BPL is not about this season only ffs.

I'm disappointed as well.
Very sad to lost two of our very talented players.
but what done is done.
from what I see the clubs seem to trim down our congested midfielder position.
Let hope the decision wont hunt us back.
I also wish some of our youth player step up.
I some how have the feelings that big change in squad next season.
*
what an irony that u mention the club want to trim our midfield. earlier in the season mou said he want to have two world class or good player in each position. we need to admit mou inability in man management as part of the reason for the transfer.

QUOTE(sanfa @ Jan 23 2014, 01:13 PM)
don't be mad sweat.gif  sweat.gif .. i think the reason why this deals will go through is because Juan himself forcing the deals.. JM already mention that he will not sell him unless Juan requesting to leave.. its really not good if we put all the blame on JM.. Mata is a really good player for us with excellent visions ( almost at par with xavi), but in order to utilize him, we need a striker like RVP n Torres when he perform .. sadly, the way we playing right now and the lack of consistency from Torres doesn't allow him to be on the field..

so, the only option available to make Juan and JM happy on field is to bring an overpriced striker ( you know ridiculous the price for a striker nowadays).. otherwise, he will rot  at bench..  icon_idea.gif  icon_idea.gif

## last time we have a very good striker ( drogba and sheva), but we struggle because we don't have midfield like Juan.. but right now, its the other way around.. so, rather than spending money for striker - selling Juan might be a good option for his future..  notworthy.gif  notworthy.gif
*
but still got to admit mou inability to manage his player is part of the factor. restrict mata appearances really hurt the guy form. iinm only or 3 matches mata complete full 90mins.

selling mata to united for 40mil pound is a joke. we bought willian(which is nowhere near mata level) for 32mil ffs.

we're going to regret this decision. mark my word.

QUOTE(eeki @ Jan 23 2014, 01:43 PM)
chill bro. Jose man management inability?
so keep player happy is more important than result?
from early season already stated clearly Jose expectation on Mata. But Mata not able to met Jose expectation, what to do.

willian and mata is playing different role. plus see where is willian now, ahead of pecking order. I would say willian is the strongest first 11 now.
*
man management = keep everyone happy despite not playing regularly. not about result. if want to have two world class players in each position, the manager need to have the ability to keep everyone happy (rotation policy is the best approach of course).

we got the result, but not that convincing. i mean not beyond our expectation with the kind of money we invest in players.

of course mata and willian play different role. in term of value of a player, willian is nowhere near mata. willian is good in tracking back and defending. but in term of technical ability (ball control, passing, going forward) is on a same level as ramires. u got to admit willian and oscar didnt do well in the past two matches.

QUOTE(eeki @ Jan 23 2014, 02:15 PM)
rotation? see what Benitez do to Terry last season. and I recalled there's a few games need to win last season, but end up draw. we even need to fight until last match to secure 3rd places.

not saying rotation not needed, but there's a time result is more important to move forward.

i didnt see Mata case as not a happy player, but towards more playing times since WC is coming.

abilities wise, of course mata & willian contribute in different way. but the manager is Jose now, he want xxx playing style.
i think for MU game, willian did well, just oscar a bit off.
*
man city is a good example of good rotation policy. can't recall the last time they field the same exact first xi. they still manage to get a result.

you got to admit oscar didnt do well in the last few matches. but still mata dont get a chance. i believe after the soton game, mou already plan on letting mata go to united after united game. which is why mata havent play a single minute in jan.

cortouis - the next schmeicel

wow!!! compilation of next legend

both courtois and lukaku are good enough to be in our first xi. thorgan and lucas need more experience.

mceachran is a player that i really want to involve heavily in our team. but highly unlikely as the thing stand atm.
