How the points in MMR given? I won a game, I got 25 point, I lost a game, I deducted 26-27 points?????

Those with high ping should not play MMR matches, was in a same party with not one but 4 idiots that literally stand there and let enemy kill, just because they have high ping and packet lost. How to climb MMR la if continue like this

Played with India's Indian, such a good team player and support until one prick started to flame him and the Indian fella start raging on mic, really LOL moment but so far is my best game with any Indian.

Just played a funny ranked match making. I took PL and suddenly those Indon in my team decide to mass DC. I don wanna DC coz the stats are recorded and decide to man up against 3 of the radiant team. Due to the DC gold, PL is so rich and they cant contain him, throne them and get myself a 25 point.
