Im streaming with high and mostly smooth just some hangs in between.... Btw nice game by Navi... Thought Alliance could make a comeback.. Dazzle's grave and puppey's armor is so annoying

Normally it shouldnt lag if its 100ms...Only will experience delays.. When it reaches 300 or above ms then it might lag or fps skipping/spiking.. Thats what ive encountered in Aus server... UNIFI 5MB user btw
