I was told Maxis and Time has better latency, 200ms+-.

Will Unifi issue be solved? Any insiders who knows anything about it?

Same here using streamyx, stuck with 500+ latency.

Wasted 30 minutes trying to solve the problem using the phone (including port reset) but still not solved. In the end the operator just say "tmnet only provide the line, if your game got problem you need to talk to the game provider".

Better still, you can't traceroute using streamyx

Last one week, every Malaysian I know had 500ms average latency when playing WoW. Surfing net or watching youtube is not a problem, so is testing on Speedtest.net.

Now, what did TmNut do to WoW ports, I don't know... but it sure is frustrating enough.

Same here, stuck with 500 ms, occasionally spike to 700-800ms. There is definitely something wrong with TM's routing to US servers. Had just purchase battle ping vpn service. 220-250ms average with the service.

This applies across the board for all Blizzard games, that's why I've kinda stopped playing any of its games recently due to the latency issue.

Same here. Normally 200-300ms on Proudmoore, Illidan, Stormrage & Tichondrius but nowadays getting 500ms - 800ms and regular intermittent spiking to 2000 - 3000ms.

Before New Years Eve everything was fine. Now we have to pay extra for Tunneling??? Seriously ...

btw, i'm on VIP 20.

Latency has been terrible for the past few days. PingPlotter shows that the path to the WoW servers is the issue. I signed up for Pingzapper using tokputih as referrer.

Here's my referral link: http://pingzapper.com/ref/rainyg

I don't think it's a problem with Blizzard but more TMNet. If they are trying to get you to upgrade to the next package, I can tell you it won't answer the problem, I'm at unifi 10 and I am also getting 800-1000ms. Previously 200. It's ridiculous.

Then how come Singapore, Australia, US and other countries do not encounter the latency issue?

I lodged a report 2 days ago for LA / Chicago based US realms (all back to normal already as i gave them the trace route paths and showed them the bad peering for rerouting).

The remaining ones; Phoenix & New York data centres you guys sendiri kao tim la. I don't want to be the only one lodging the complain or else they'll flag me for troublemaker smile.gif

Refer to http://www.wowwiki.com/US_realm_list_by_datacenter when you lodge if you are still affected by the > 500ms issue.
