I don't think it's a problem with Blizzard but more TMNet. If they are trying to get you to upgrade to the next package, I can tell you it won't answer the problem, I'm at unifi 10 and I am also getting 800-1000ms. Previously 200. It's ridiculous.

Then how come Singapore, Australia, US and other countries do not encounter the latency issue?

I lodged a report 2 days ago for LA / Chicago based US realms (all back to normal already as i gave them the trace route paths and showed them the bad peering for rerouting). The remaining ones; Phoenix & New York data centres you guys sendiri kao tim la. I don't want to be the only one lodging the complain or else they'll flag me for troublemaker Refer to http://www.wowwiki.com/US_realm_list_by_datacenter when you lodge if you are still affected by the > 500ms issue.

All is good. New York / Phoenix servers also reported and sorted out.
Credit is given where credit is due.
Kudos Unifi!
