Have you tried Slices?
I use this tweak for WhatsApp. Currently have 6 WhatsApp in 1 iphone.
Also this tweak won't make another icon on the home screen, only 1 icon.
For example: you click on WhatsApp app then you have to choose which profile you want.

Hi all, my wife's iphone 6 plus was previously jailbroken under ios 8..ytd i helped her to update her phone to ios 9.3.2 thru itunes as she wants to unjailbreak her phone. After updating, those cydia apps are all gone but she tried to use one of her banking apps and it still mentioned that the phone is jailbroken. Anyone knows why the apps still recognise the phone as jailbroken?Thanks..posted in the iphone 6 plus thread as well but not sure it is the correct place as nobody replied..

Jailbreak is safe... But your ios version is not yet jailbreakable... As of now, the latest is ios 9.1... You will have to wait for Pangu or TAIG or other groups to release a jailbreak for your ios version....

Have you tried to restore the iphone without backups? That might solve your problem....

seems like no choice but to restore again without backups as per your suggestion. Then manually restore each backups and see coz wife needs the backups.

After restore, have a test with the banking app... If everything is ok, then manually restore the backup from your itunes...

Yes you can... Although the ios 10 is still in beta, therefore there will be lots if bugs and I wouldn't recommend downloading it if you rely on your iPhone or iPad every day... You'll be much better off waiting for the final release of iOS 10.... If you still want to install the new ios 10 beta, please make sure you have backup your iphone with icloud or itunes before performing ios 10 beta update....

For how to download ios 10 beta, try searching on youtube for step by step tutorial videos....
