- save enough money to buy more weight plate & DIY a squat rack
- workout 3 time a week
- stop eating when i am full
- fit into 36 inch pants

Fit into 36" pants? Don't worry, YOU CAN DO IT! Once I was 38".. Be sure when u can fit in, dump all the old pants rclxms.gif How big are you now? Maybe you need to rephrase "stop eating when I'm full"..

now i wear 38 pants.. around 89kg...
start my diet last week... actually not diet..
i just break down my lunch into few portion and only eat it when i am hungry
so, is like nasi lemak 1 plate breakdown in 2 small plate...
eat half and then eat half..

if not i will eat my nasi lemak at lunch and get hungry at 3pm.. and eat another rojak mee

LOL.... Not sure who can beat you. Genetically you are special 😊 When I was young, I had a bone protruded outwards the sternum, instead of sunken, kinda abnormal... It was about 2.5".

3-4 times weekly is enough for u to break the weights in less than 3-4 months... If you need some ideas how to speed up the process, I don't mind sharing with you this Fri..
