How to choose a good Cooker Hoods & Gas Hobs ?, Kitchen appliances hood / hob / oven

Hi all,
I've just moved into a rented condo. I called for a technician to service the gas hob and cooker hood but he said there are no replacement parts for this model. The Elba model is more than 20 years old. I've attached pics as the dimensions are small and the kitchen cabinet is built-in. I'm looking for a 2 or 3 burner gas hob and cooker hood. Since this is a rented unit, my budget is limited. Any recommendations or advice would be appreciated. Thank you. Attached thumbnail(s)
