Want to ask, the Fotile electric hob is not included in raya promo ke?

So if bought electric hob with hood, the extended warranty for hood motor also not included right since promo is for gas hob + hood combo only right?

Is it Ok to put built in oven underneath electric hob? Or do i need something to put in between them. Kitchen kinda small, no place else to put the oven without looking weird

i have problem with Fotile EEG75201, the ceramic hob.

Whenever i turn on both hob to cook, it seems like the hob stopped working and will only return back to normal after 2-3 days. So frustrating. Have to cook with my backup RM100 electric cooker instead.

Am thinking of calling the customer service, but since I did not return the warranty card (didnt notice i have to post 10 days after purchase since I bought during renovation and just saw the card), am afraid will be charge a tonne when the repair guys come.

What would be the problem so I can be prepared.
