How to choose a good Cooker Hoods & Gas Hobs ?, Kitchen appliances hood / hob / oven

Hi,
Im looking for kitchen hood hob & built in oven, budget within 5k (also under tight the lesser the better)
[B]1.Fotile
2.Livinox
3.Rubine (very cheap but not sure about the quality less 1K)
Which one you highly recomend plus the hood hob built in oven need to be a flexi cut so it will be easier if need to be replaced in future.
Also appreciate if you could explain why you recomend the particular brand & the model.im staying in a condo.
