Hi there, my current existing gas hob hole is about 33 inch x 18.5 inch (838x470mm) do you think is safe to use 860x500 size? Will it be enough to support it?

Better follow the actual cut out size as the glass might break if u have heavy pots on it.

I see, what is the safe margin clearance ? 20mm from each side? To ensure it support well enough?

Have to get those with 900 x 500 gas hob?

Just got my hood and burner from zheilwane, after lot of discussion finally opt for rubine rosemary which can be duct or ductless and gcg 90201 series for its 90cm which is just nice for my existing hole and the quality of its material. Thanks bro! Forgot ask any freebies tongue.gif

normally you can get from the shop where you bought your kitchen hood.

=)

Need your opinion, based on my attachment, can I closed this plug and pull the wire to the top for my kitchen hood? without hacking the wall? (ignore the dirty tiles blush.gif )

cause i planning to put aluminum sheet behind as backsplash
