Sorry I don't have contact on Ipoh. I deal with JF Home @ usj 9 for rinnai. I know the seller "iamsobloodysick" also sell rinnai, you can contact them. I have compare the 2011 rinnai and fotile hob before, fotile is no where near compare the Rinnai Inner Flame Technology.

Rinna hob is good,  can satisfied my 20" cast iron wok,  and strong flame.  Fotile hood did it job too,  cleaning the hoob is bit pain in the azz. Don't expect zero oil on the floor,  hood just reduce the oil splashing out,  still need to clean the  surrounding.  I also try out Rinnai hood and stove at my friend house, is good too.  You can consider Rinnai hood too.
