Hi, I'm looking for some advice and recommendation.

Gonna be living in a condominium,
Looking for hood and electric hob with a budget of RM 3000.
Looking for 2.5 feet stainless steel sink and kitchen tap (want to be able to extend and pull our type) for RM600.

Any recommendation?
