Yups, troublesome (to reconfigure everything all over again) but its the most time-saving method...

Deleting iTunes and reinstalling doesn't work, i just did it and the playlist did not return to what it was before.

those are smart playlist. try experimenting with it.

click file->new smart playlist...

for example, for the "recently added" playlist, match the following rule "date added, is in the last, 2 weeks"
