5pm with non shiny non event legendary
7pm with shiny non event legendary
9pm with event legendary

If a person reply and win at 5pm then that person cannot reply again at 7pm or 9pm. Gv other ppl a chance.

Edit : just look back my list, i didn't hv much shiny event legendary.
