Heard that Kajang hospital will be shifting to Semenyih, New Medical University & TAR college campus in Broga and possible JUSCO in SEH land (opposite TESCo). Hopefully if this materialize will hv sm impact on th property price. |

Near traffic light at Shell and Petronas petrol station before Desa Mewah & Sunway Semenyih. |
