It's all in the topic gym at home that I closed.

I mentioned exercise ball etc..then 'kena hentam' mostly by
bodybuilders.
It would not kill right to comment nicely and straight to the point.
We do 'get it' a.k.a understand.
But, before going straight to the point..you guys flying around..'hentam puas-puas'
and then land the point.
Suxx.

Even so, everybody has the right to share experiences.
Even those Herbalife users.
(hecks..maybe after they reach their goal..then they stop using it and
start a new healthy life, gym and joging)
When they post, you weight lifters masters 'hentam' them.
Ask this..'hentam'. Ask that...'hentam'.

I understand you bodybuilders committed with what you are doing.
Strict diet...hours in the gym...heavy weight lifting...which normal people took time to matched.
Maybe because felt better by doing that, you guys patronize, 'hentam' etc.

I never felt envy towards anyone, no matter how good they are.

I'm not perfect, but as long as i don't know how to hurt people's feelings..
I'll be fine and happy.
Good enough for me.

p.s: my sibling called me 'a baby pig a.k.a anak babi' once. Because I'm fat when 85kg. Being called a buffalo. Then got me motivated.
Now I'm not fat anymore. Just need to reach weight goal now.

And yes. You're right. Bodybuilding isn't for you. Not even close. Untouchable. From the way you're generalizing in absolutes shows you've no idea what you're talking about.
I'm sorry, you're right. Bodybuilding will never be for you. You simply lack the dedication, drive and passion to live the lifestyle. But hey, it's fine. There are members here who prefer fitness. I DON'T have a problem with that. Why? Because at least they try giving helpful input and they have mutual respect for BOTH bodybuilding and fitness.
You have the heart and soul of a *****. You are a 5'7" , 150 lbs of walking, talking, peanut-covered tunaburger casserole...and you have the NERVE to diss bodybuilding?
Just because you can't build the god damn physique you want using bodybuilding methods, you act like a wolf crying sour grapes. Learn the word .... consistency.

Arrogant.

Here's a thought, eat a lot before you weight lift...then immediately weight lift.
Luckily you snap your intestine and died on the spot.

Watch you pictures on friendsters though.
Still has a lot of fat on your body.
Dream on la to become a bodybuilder.
More like want to fool around with hoes and show off.
Maybe a bouncer for tonto.
