at that maluri SC, did they write down you bring own oil at your booklet?

i called the manager of that sc (apparently is a friend of my SA too as he recommended me that person, and so ngam he is the manager of maluri SC) and he mention can is can, however they will note it down, and if let's say touch wood engine got issue, and they open up showing signs caused by engine oil (which they most likely will point finger to the engine oil lol) then it's voided. (on said specific engine parts that is caused by the engine oil)

so is this true for you?

personally, i don't see it as an issue since the EO i will be using will be more expensive than proton and is con9lan7fim better with API SN certification. and if got issue, can consider it as an excuse to plonk in 4B11

Really cheap man.. Normally they sell RM145 even after discount. Today like...   They didn't put it on the main racks for promotion, just the usual place where they put all the engine oils. I guess very limited stock

my guess is that due to rain x oil/alcohol based nature, it potentially traps dirt easier, which means if you aren't keeping your windscreen clean (eg: weekly wash) and having dirt/stained rain x, you will be getting juddering wipers.

alternatively, just spraying some water (preferably with rain x wiper additive) does solve it.
which kinda explains why i never have wiper juddering issues despite me being lazy and not maintaining a strict weekly wash schedule.
and STILL having rain x lasting between 6-9 months.

this is applicable for 3/4 cars i have at home... haven't done rain x treatment to the inspira yet... sigh forever procrastinating lol... (well it took me 20+ days just to get my road tax sticker on my windscreen properly so... )

Everytime U fill in new cvt oil, they should use mut3,
This will tell the tm ecu new engine oil.. Ecu will reduce the performance to maintain the cvt gearbox reliability if the gearoil has been used for sometime and never change. Due to the fact that cvt use friction as their moving gear instead of gears hence gear oil play a crucial role in the cvt gb.

I want ask cvt user, is it normal for our cvt to whine when u go genting(uphill), and when you drive on highway between speed 140-160km/h for like 10-20minutes, start whining?
