do you read any pinned thread about lose weight? do you know what is calories? wat is you daily TDEE?

what is you lunch meal actually? and what do you mean by workout nutrition meal you expect to get from us? i tak faham la, abang...

it is workout nutrition meal like you eat make you like hulk? or eat plain chicken breast? or drink mass gainer + fat burner?

may i ask, why u replace rice with fruit + cereal?
use calories app to count calories. it help. smile.gif
