First, call the bank to cancel it. Second, email UAG to confirm whether the card has been charge. Only then you will know whether a refund is needed.

Just received email this morning, Spigen has just shipped out the Slim Armor View via Fedex, expected to arrive by Friday. New casing for New Year.

damn.... just received sms from Fedex, informing the Spigen Slim Armor View case kena tax of RM19.14 each. My another Sena Case for Ipad Air arriving today also kena tax. Few months ago bought Sena Case for my MBA but no tax was imposed. Malaysia Government really want to get every cents out of our pocket now.

I think there is a guideline saying anything less than RM500 will not be imposed tax if for personal use. But now dun think it is applicable anymore. Next time will ship to Singapore and collect from there.

doesn't matter switch on or off. Just charge it until full then only unplug. When the battery is fully charge, it will stop charging, so even if you keep it connected to the power plug, no charging will be ongoing. Normally less than 3 hours can fully charged an empty battery.

You will notice the battery life is terrible for the first few charge cycle, it is normal. Just use it until low battery, then recharge to full, after few cycles, the battery life will be awesome.

you can try charge for 8 hours but it makes no difference. You can feel the charger yourself, it will be cool, meaning no charging is done after the phone is fully charged.

That charge 8 hours is just old myth carried over from old battery tech. The current new tech battery doesn't need that anymore.

yes, shipped via Fedex Priority International on 31 Dec, will reach me by tomorrow. Initial estimated release date is Jan 10 for black and Jan 15 for white. But i just received email yesterday, they are sending to me both colour. The black colour is ordered on behalf of bro pokemon01234. We shared the shipping cost.

If they promised you Jan 10 and 15 respectively, guess hard to chase them. I also dun know why the shipping is brought forward but i won't complain.

Prepare to pay custom tax for it - RM19.42 each. Lately, all my incoming parcel kena tax.

My previous UAG package with 1 x UAG Note 3 and 1 x UAG Ipad Air no tax kena but it was back in November. Not sure whether it will kena tax now. Like I mentioned, my Sena Case came in July has no tax but the incoming one kena tax.

Maybe true coz all my USPS parcel never got taxed. But my first Sena Case came in around July 2013 by Fedex not kena tax. Anyway, will try other courier next time. Thanks for the tips.

Nice!! Mine was supposed to arrive by now but Fedex send it wrongly to Japan!! Will only receive it tomorrow.

haha... mine too. I doubt tomorrow can be delivered, unless it is taking midnight flight direct to KL tonight. If still need to transit to Guangzhou, sure can't make it.

it is normal, after they revised the delivery date, N/A will be stated on the estimated delivery date. My another Sena case shipped by Fedex also delay for one day, same situation - N/A.

they should have sent you the sms 2-3 days ago coz they will do the custom clearance before the item actually arrive there. If yours not kena tax, then not fair to us.

And just check - indeed there is surprise for us, item just arrived in KLIA at 7:46am. Today will receive it by afternoon.

Yes, they will submit the invoice for custom clearance as soon as they receive the invoice from the shipper. Of course only when the item arrives in Malaysia only they will pay the tax on your behalf. So the actual custom clearance only take 1 min at KLIA.

I only have 2 Slim Armor View from Sipgen. Your order only 1 case, right?

not really lah. I bought a Filofax diary sending to office got taxed. So i use my home address now without any company name. Kena tax too for the Sena Case for Ipad Air (another guy bought the Sena case also kena tax) and this Spigen. So i dun think the address matters.

And I bought one Sena Case for my MBA back in July, send by Fedex also, to my office with company name in the address, NO tax kena.

I think Andrewtst is right, maybe it is Fedex issue. Coz all my other parcels send via other courier not kena tax before.

sigh.... maybe different Fedex staff doing the clearance, so key in different custom code for clearance. Let me know the custom code if they attach a custom clearance notice in your package.

Mine still stuck at 8:29am: In transit - Package available for clearance. But they did call me this morning saying i will receive the package by today.

Just swap mine too. It is the best case I ever buy - high tech looks and superb quality. Love the sharp edges.
