i've operating around klang valley. or is it probably due to my simcard cant support it?

1. Make sure you have a 4G enabled simple card
2. Make sure your data plan support 4G
3. Make sure you are in a 4G network coverage area
4. Turn on lte in mobile data setting

its maxis.

i think i dont have a 4g enable sim card. its a old sim. i just cut it out.

probably heading to maxis centre in couple of days to sort this out

should be maxis, quickest solution is go airplane mode, then go back to normal
