i just put everything into /system/app and framework respectively

can you reupload all the stock files in system app and framework too

Yes non wipe no problem.

If you still can boot just go to the system folder and delete the wrong files.

Aiyo i said put it in sdcard. Not system folder. Then only we use adb shell to move it to the system folder.

/sdcard/system/app and /sdcard/system/framework.

screen protector is not gorilla glass.
the normal screen protector is just a sticky plastic therefore it is much easier to get scratches compared to the glass.
If you really need sp, then I would suggest you get the glass type but of cos much more expensive.
I don't have any scratches on my screen but then I'm using SView at the moment.

Can your phone still boot? If yes then just copy those files to sdcard. Make those folders and follow the step. Not necessary to reflash the whole rom as you gonna replace the files anyway.

Nope, not possible. But you can use the knoxout script. Alex is very good at it now.

But be prepared for FC here and there
