Christmas comes early this year for Android device users that love Disney games, or at least have kids that do, as the company has significantly lowered the prices of 12 games available in the Google Play Store.

All games cost $0.49 in the U.S. store (although international users will also get lower prices), which is below the $0.99 minimum price for paid apps. How is that possible? Well, it appears that Google and Disney may have inked some sort of deal for Christmas as these prices are available “exclusively” on Google Play.

All apps have been updated to reflect the price change, which is the only thing that’s new for most of them (although some of them have also received more content via the December 22 update) – that’s also where we find out about this exclusive Christmas promotion:

What’s New
Celebrate the holidays, and download this app for 75% off exclusively on Google Play™! Don’t forget to check out other great Disney Holiday Magic deals!

At $0.49, these Disney games are almost free, with one of them getting a discount that’s bigger than 75% off:

Disney Christmas Tree (original price: $1.99)
JellyCar 3 (original price: $1.99)
Monsters University (original price: $1.99)
Monsters, Inc. Run (original price: $1.99)
Temple Run: Oz (original price: $1.99)
Toy Story: Smash It! (original price: $1.99)
Temple Run: Merida (original price: $1.99)
Where’s My Mickey? (original price: $1.99)
Where’s My Mickey? XL (original price: $1.99)
Where’s My Perry? (original price: $2.99)
Where’s My Water? (original price: $1.99)
Wreck-it Ralph (original price: $1.99)

I am back to CivZ 2.4 as I notice it is much smoother. wink.gif

The UV also under -60, more than that will auto restart my phone when benchmark. I think that is maximum UV I can go for my Note 3.

Does camera work for you when using CivZ 2.4?

any note 3 user heavily using the device for ebook reading (including pdf format), how's the experience like? is the screen still too small for long hour reading?

I'm in the dilemma if I should get a note 3 plus a tablet, but i'm kind of person who do not like to bring too many thing along, so i'm wondering if note 3 screen is suffice for daily reading.

any advise is appreciated. thanks

Hello every one. I'm in deep trouble and I need help.

I tried the 'watch on' feature of this phone on my LG television.
After choosing country and the TV model, it ask me to send signal and see wether the tv turn on or not.

I tested signal 1&2 but nothing happen. At signal 3 the TV turned on, and I can use the remote perfectly.

But after that, I realize the tv can't be turned on using the power botton of the original LG tv remote.

Both the phone watch on app and the original LG tv remote can work normally for other button, even the power button to turn the tv into standby mode.

But after turning into standby mode, pressing both power button on phone and remote no longer able to wake the tv. Need to walk to the TV and press the physical power button of the TV to turn it on.

How can I restore power on capability to my original LG tv remote?

lord_raymond look up your tv manual on how to reset your remote. it will need to be sync back to the TV

antt00 thanks. was wondering if there would be big difference between the two ROMs

confuzan ya but lots of bad reviews about the case from UAG. the cutting is not complete for the phone and there's problems in shipping.

Rainshower well, i find reading PDFs more comfortable on a tablet simply for the wider screen which you can read at normal font size and less need to manipulate the fingers to flip and zoom compared to note3. note3 good for short documents but book size? unless there's no tablet smile.gif

Is very hard to say which kernel work best for you until you try each kernel yourself. For me I still prefer lean kernel over civz as it is more minimalist. If you like more features and would like to test other governor there are others like abyss, wonder child, civz

For uv you can use trickster or system Turner. For me I UV -65 for all frequency. I suggest you to uv -50 then slowly go lower.

Some kernel might work best for me but not for you or vice versa. Just take our feedback as a reference but not as a fact

lowering the minimum freq and uv only gives instability with minimal effect on battery saving. If you want greater battery saving just lower the maximum freq to something you can accept.

I'm using row as my I/O and OndemandX governor. So far battery is very good for me, better than civz 1.9. I haven't try out the latest release of civz though.

Sometimes underclock too much is not a good thing as the phone might be slow in catching up your process. This is what i encountered.

Hmm why do you use row? So for all frequency you advice me to reduce 50 as start first?

Now using a mix of Naxos and corsaro theme. Abit disappointed with Naxos cos the amount of theme put into the premium version is so little. Corsaro themed so many things and yet kept it free. Hope momow will theme more stuff.

Any links to the Naxos and corsaro theme? Thanks

Everyone that already trip knox should try this new kernel!

custom N3 [Display control] (OC/UV/Intelli/FauxSound/Linaro

Oh my god! This kernel is unbelievable crazy smooth! Wow!

This kernel support color adjustment as well, default the creator had slightly adjust the white to slightly red, just push over all to left will return to original white.

The animation is crazy smooth. Default ondemand is perfect in this kernel.
