ya every device or hardware have high chance of failure in 1st batch..that are to be expected..the current issue is the service..the staffs donno the priority currently in PS4..its not where i buy..its regional now..so if i buy in singapore i should can exchange 1 to 1 with malaysia stock..its regional..go google it
Read my original post again. You people should already know what kind of country Malaysia is. Its level of customer service in general. Its level of consumer rights awareness.
I know all about regional warranties PS4s in ASEAN are supposed to come up with, but is the risk worth the reward? Look at the comments in here yourselves.
I'm not saying everyone should stay apathetical. Our current state of consumer awareness does need improvement, and Sony Malaysia should step their game up. That doesn't mean it's a bright move to pull such risky move as buying a first-batch PS4.
The sellers should improve their goods and services, yes. At the same time, we need to make smart decisions too so that they(the sellers) won't halfass their goods and services because if we don't, they won't improve. I mean, what's the point when people are gonna lap up and buy that shit anyway?
