So i've been training for 2 years and realised my result is pretty slow compared to my friend 163cm 72KG and only deadlifting 150KG squat 110kg and bench 80kg (they are without belts tho i deadlifted with mixed grip i can only overhand grip until 120kg) i went for a blood test and it shows that i've got only about 30ng/ml total test and relatively borderline low IGF-1 what can i do to increase both of them what am i doing now is -fish oil -calcium -vitamin C -multivit -creatine *edit- i'm age 19 and having low test lol This post has been edited by Manlet: Dec 21 2013, 02:45 PM

QUOTE(degraw1993 @ Dec 21 2013, 03:39 PM) what do u mean by having low test? is not that good for your body? testosterone if its low.. its harder to gain strength, harder to loose fat, harder to build muscle and will look less masculine ie. male feature isnt really that obvios like no beard less bodyhair etc etc lol hope any medical expert here or doctor can give some advise to me
