road super narrow easily flooded during raining season too close to pgrm, if any event in pgrm u will know it the traffic. |

I think mz exceed RM600 psf, Lido residency oso selling RM600 psf ady. dun talk about the weave, with the so fashion outlook design somemore. pertama residency selling >RM650 psf as well.
