Some of the pros and cons that I can think of:
Pro:
1. Near to bukit bintang, TRX, klcc
2. Pudu ulu park is just across the road
3. Jusco and sunway velocity mall is nearby
4. Maluri lrt is within walking distance

Cons:
1. Low/medium cost apartments and old shop lots in the vicinity.
2. Heavy traffic during peak hours at jalan cheras and from shamelin direction.

The rental yield quite low if based on D'Alamanda Condo.

good product but so so location
road super narrow
easily flooded during raining season
too close to pgrm, if any event in pgrm u will know it the traffic.

I think mz exceed RM600 psf, Lido residency oso selling RM600 psf ady. dun talk about the weave, with the so fashion outlook design somemore. pertama residency selling >RM650 psf as well.

anybody know when it gonna to launch?
