The new patch does improve the 'netcode'. On a whole the game feels alot more responsive.

Try to buy a gamiing headset with surround sound. Makes it easier to identify which direction the enemy is coming from. I am using a wireless Logitech G930 headset which has been quite good so far.

Very unhappy with the nerfed medpack in the new update.
I agree that you shouldn't be able to heal if you are directly hit but you should be able to heal under suppression. Exploding nades/airburst/RPG nearby is enough to cause supression.
