Updated : i have tried to called them, they say they would like to discuss when i get back to them on saturday
i realize a lot of lies trying to cover and pushing away the responsibility
Situation
I called them, i ask them how much was the original set price, they say very high, and they say the difference between AP set and ori set is just warranty, and they then say 3 days ago the price for s3 was very expensive (she said 200 higher), den after i offered them another deal, which is i top up 100+ the whole set they gave me for a original set, they refused, they suggested that any phone that is sold, even just for 1 hour will be second handed, which they offered me 400 (and have to top up 750) for the NOW original set for s3 Rm1150
They give excuses like boss is at overseas, and they can only change a new phone for me and fix it
Something similar happened few months ago, in lowyat plaza also, where they persuade my friend to buy another computer, and he found out that computer cannot play the game he asked for, and when he return it, they only accept at second hand price, even it is only 1~2day after... my friend stayed quiet and lost almost 1k...
I told them i would report them to the consumer tribunal they insist of not changing

i recently went to plaza lowyat and bought a s3 at
i traded in with a iphone 4 32gb, they offered 800 for iphone 4, and the price for s3 is 1100
but the iphone 4's mic is not functioning, they deduct 100 become 700, den they checked and say the battery is too old, and deduct 50 again, become 650...
then i tried to negotiate, i was able to top up 400 + the iphone 4 for the s3
but they wrote s3 price at the receipt there 1050
they told me it's not original set, the only difference is warranty only, so i didnt really care much
then when i go back and check, there is those sticky glue at the side gap of the phone and i opened the back cover, there is glue also..
then i tried the earphone, the samsung logo can be scratched off easily, and the sound is one side loud one side quiet...
then the next day i went back and told her, she just took it and without checking or testing, and changed a new one for me (the galaxy s3), and she say no supply for the earphone, she gave me a older version of samsung earphone, but also no sound, then she gave me another one from samsung box, i tried and got sound
then when i reached home, i realize the earphone is SAMSONG, and the sound is blur, i didnt realize there coz it was too noisy... it feels like cheap plastic, loosen easily
this is the imei and those info, im still blur about AP set and Ori set, is there any difference in quality?
Should i top up somemore and get a original set?
im planning to go again tomorrow
im so tired of all these

Need to look out if the AP set that you are buying has authorised distributor anot, like Brandstar. No wonder sometimes I see lelong website, for AP set they have the name Brandstar.
