QUOTE(brotan @ Dec 22 2013, 02:02 AM)
Hi all

I just want to clarify about the original lightning cable I am selling as I am aware there are some discussion about it

1) apple has many Subcon for their accessories. So the finishing can be slightly different from batch to batch and subcon to subcon. So depending where the stock comes from, you may feel the outer finishing different then what you get from your box. This also applies to their charger as well

2) when ios7 came out with error on china cable issue, I started selling ori cables not too long after that. Now even if want to clone until no error also will take some time. Yet mine no ios error even for the 1st batch I sold

3) my same supplier sells me ori Samsung tab, note2 (micro usb) and note3 (usb 3.0) cables and chargers. For Samsung we can easily verify the performance of those items. I can tell you I tested every single one b4 I sell and every single unit shows ori performance.  I don't believe my supplier whom have been consistent with Samsung accessories will suddenly give me fake apple accessories but claim as ori

4) one of the issues with Samsung note2 charger is hissing sound when charging. This is a very obvious issue for sme units last time. Guess what? A small % of my ori note2 charger do have those hissing sound problems but much less severe. Now if mine is fake for that matter, I can't be cloning until even copy those hissing issue, right.? Lol

5) those who bought those ori cables from me b4 will notice I put a special sticker mark on the cable (removable later on). Why did 1 go to that much trouble? So that if i got complain, I know it is my unit. If I dare to sell fakes and pass on as ori, I wouldn't have done that because any complain I can just say "how would I know you didn't swap my ori cable with fake to frame me?" and walk away free. But I didn't because I know I sell ori stuff and not afraid for ppl to know that is my cable

6) those ppl who cod with me, quite a lot knows where I live. It will be suicidal if I dare to sell fakes and pass as ori and yet let ppl know where I stay. Doesn't make sense right?

7) you may or may not notice I sell also Samsung battery. Now my battery looks exactly like ori. Performance also comparable with ori. I could have easily sell as ori and nobody will be able to detect and makes double or triple the profit. Why I didn't do it? Simple cuz I know it is not ori. So I won't sell as ori not matter how close it looks or perform like ori if I know it is not

I hope I have clarified your doubt on this matter

Thx
*
I have purchased 2 lightning charging cable from brotan, so far never had issue at all. USB charging, wall socket charging, car charging etc. Looks exactly like the one came with my iPhone 5S thumbup.gif (maybe the color of the USB logo is a slightly different, probably different batch printing).

All this discussion about Armorz making me itch to upgrade now... Currently using chapalong RM15 SP on my 5S since that time launched no time to research much thus decided to put on one as protection first.

How easy is it to apply the glass SP? Easier than film SP? And does the glass sp affect sensitivity of the touch screen?

trust me dude glass sp is much easier to apply. and nope it doesn't really affect the sensitivity of the touch screen. you won't regret bro.
*
I read that glass SP can only apply once, which means if a dust gets trapped below... it won't bubble and I just need to live with it since I can't reapply?

Very true, most glass sp are one shot apply. Still can adjust but not advisable to do so bcos might damage the adhesive
*
So basically, do it in a very "dust free" environment... align and quickly drop the SP and pray there's no dust? But won't have bubble right?

Oh yes, I saw one of the glass SP comes with an applicator to align.. which brand was it, anyone could recall?

GLASS is easier than film SP, but more risky,
sensitivity? sure no affect XD
and smooth like baby ass, this is why we prefer use glass =) rclxms.gif
*
Can you elaborate on the "more risky" part perhaps? Easier to "break" during installation? *since its glass?*

Those dirt maybe also because my staying area, 36th floor, maybe temperature problem? I not sure.

I think you're shooting closer than the MDF (minimum focusing distance). Put your camera further from the subject and shoot. Just crop the image later on smile.gif

Maybe I should psycho my brother to get the Glastimate then i can compare side by side for the Armorz and Glastimate hehe.

Just installed my Armorz Lite, a tiny wee bit senget... had to massage till the sides didn't delam >_< haha!

But overall satisfied with it! 0.2mm... when press home button also can feel it quite irritating... I wonder those with thicker than 0.2mm even worse? :S

Nice combo... now u know why we dont bring in the Extreme R 0.4mm for the iPhone 5/5C/5S? You dont feel it if u use 5 cos u can use alu home button.. but 5S, u need the touch ID.. therefore cannot use alu home button...
*
Anything thicker than 0.2mm won't be nice for the 5S if you want to use the Touch ID... IMO 0.2mm is the bare minimum in terms of thickness, wonder if technology will improve maybe 0.1mm or so appears in future hehe.

if 0.1mm then you have to sacrifice the 9H or 8H. you can use the 3H. Unbreakable. but scratch resistant not as good as glass.
*
Oh yes, I was wondering how could I remove the Armorz in future? Initially when I installed I wanted to sorta adjusted it a tiny bit.. when I tried to pull it up, the top layer went off... even using tape and all can't raise the SP as its too smooth sweat.gif

How much does this cost?

I'm looking for a dock too, preferable one with support at the back to reduce the stress placed on the port if it were standing without any support.

I'm wondering if you guys using back SP for your phones? I initially had back SP... but then while re applying my glass SP, the back SP sorta got damaged as the edges got clipped and it removed. When I put it back looked kinda ugly ._. so decided to remove it. Looking around to buy the back only but seems like all sell in a set, plus the one I'm using was for the single LED iPhone 5... any brand with nicely cut for the dual LED of iPhone 5S?

My phone wearing full casing too now, but just wanna protect the back.. or maybe no need la haha! RM60 or so for the back only, ahh.

QUOTE(Connect2USales @ Dec 26 2013, 08:38 PM)
If exposed will easily scratch.. Previously using IMOS.. But after few months, also scratched. Wanted to buy bestskinever matte back sp.. But matte will also stained.. So decided use this lor. Only rm19 for whole body carbon fiber.. Hehe...
*
RM19!? Quite cheap leh! Will it leave adhesives when removed? Or just like those SP.
