i think probably QC issue.. most china factory do OEM will have at least 1000pcs and above made at one time. So it can be one of the low quality one.. like your own, 2 weeks usage already got hairline scratches. previously u said use long also still good.. 

btw, no brand is perfect. even the likes of Armorz, feedback we got on Extreme R got adhesive issue, thats y we do not sell it as we wanted to avoid complaints from customers. But, if you ask around, Extreme R is in fact Armorz hottest product comparing to Extreme Lite that we brought in. I think thats y Extreme Lite has lesser issue since the demand is smaller than R. At least they no need to worry about the output capacity.

Using LED? previously I got one too.. use torch only can see.. but now no more.. not sure what happened.. but one thing for sure, the oleophobic coating off already... after 3 months...   

Now waiting for the IMOS Corning Glass SP to arrive. then change.. ehhe... 

Using corning gorilla glass by imos and i can say hands down the best glass type screen protector in the market now. In terms of oleophobic, tapered home button smoothness( those who uses their touch id often will definitely love corning.

It's a commercial secret that they are unable to share with us the information. However, IMOS will make a video on testing the hardness in a couple of weeks time.

0.2mm - Fiber Glass
0.33mm - Normal tempered glass
0.3mm - Corning Gorilla Glass
0.4mm - Sapphire Glass

We are only allowed to inform the depth of layer for the SP is 35um-50um

if i were you i'd ask him refund it and give him a good lecture. 

a lot case to recommend... maybe u should set a budget.

Anyway, here's some recommendation for casings

1. SGP case - mid priced casing with nice design. Can get from bro dino89
2. Element Case - Premium case with superb outlook and quality. Can get from authorised reseller like switch, machines, etc. (do not attempt to buy a new unit from a non authorised reseller, high chances its fake. As for used one, ask around in this thread. Most of the active members in this thread using original piece) if you prefer to buy those limited edition model, try www.tekcases.com or www.elementcase.com
3. Nuguard KX - Not really the best looking case but its main function is more to protection. If you are looking for extreme protection, consider this. You can get it from us.
4. Sword Bumper - No reseller currently in Malaysia, but you can buy it from the website. Kindly refer to neverknowgirl as she bought it before
5. Mophie - Battery Case. We highly recommend it if you are looking for a extra boost for you 5s. Of course, it does come with extra weight.
6. If you are looking for waterproof case, u can try otterbox preserver, lifeproof nuud

As for Screen protectors

5. For budget glass sp, I see many ppl are buying Glass M or Remax or some other china brand.
