Isn't your glass SP quite newly bought? How much by the way?But with hairline, it is still good protection for your phone wat.

QUOTE(Connect2USales @ Feb 13 2014, 10:33 PM) Why not you share with us what are your requirements? Smoothness, cost, quality of oleophobic coating. . others.. What's the price of the sapphire glass sp? reply here or can use pm.We are going to bring in once available. You wanna reserve one. to be frank, stocks will be very limited due to the cost per unit. Scared to keep high inventory but low demand. Most likely will keep a max of 10 pcs ready stocks. |

Ya lah, finally my siege glass SP i bought for my daughter has also chipped at the sides. what happen is i think she just put the phone in her handbag and with the keys and other metal things like cosmetic inside the bag, it will definitely cause the glass to crack....
Now I am either going to wait for sapphire glass, buy another siege orbuy the power support crystal film sp... in the meantime. let me think somemore what to do... hmmm... after using the glass SP, i can definitely say that glass SP is very nice to use compared to the normal plastic Sp... so smooth and very clear to see. |

ahhh.... sad to see the glass SP I bought for daughter end up like this... she puts it in her handbag together with keys and other objects... then one fine day, she take out and it ends up like this.
Only the edges were chipped. The crack you see across the screen to the Home button was accidently made by me when i tried to lift it up. The glass was weakened already so when I lifted it up too quickly and with too much force it cracked into half. ![]() ![]() ![]() But it was very, very, very enjoyable while it lasted. The glass SP really makes it a joy to use, so smooth to the touch. All it needs is more care when putting the phone with other objects, make sure there nothing hard touching the edges, which will normally chip away the weakest point. Although the metal knives can't cut through the glass, that is in the middle section normally, not the edge. So now, still wondering to get another one from bro dino89 .... |

Don't worry about it. The glass sp is a good choice. I have 3 units of iPhone 5 and I bought 2 glass sp from Dino. The other is holding up very well because the SPG Tough armor bhas a very significant extended amount of rubber that protrudes above the surface of the screen, thereby protecting the weakest point of the glass sp , the edges. In the meanwhile for the chipped glass sp, the cover used on the phone was brand less and was made of very thin soft rubber. Thereby offering little or no protection for the glass sp.
just take extra care to avoid metal contact carrying the phone in pocket or handbag and use a reliable phone cover. .. |

QUOTE(lisahasan @ Feb 19 2014, 11:19 AM) If I go to the supermarket, I can see what will catch my eye and what will not. Its all to do with packaging.Same thing here.... get a Dslr, take a great photo of the G10. Spice it up with some description on what are the strong points about this G10. Put in the Price in Bold. If someone sees the photo and agrees to the price, it will be sold in no time. Photography makes all the difference between what gets sold and what doesn't... I have been doing this for some time.. |

QUOTE(neverknowgirl @ Feb 20 2014, 07:23 AM) its a very old nikon bought in 2005 i think..the dslr body is not the important one, the body can be a cheap or medium price one costing about rm1600 or so. the important one is the lens, but you got to check whether the lens can work with the dslr body or not as not all lens can be used in all bodies.... the lens i used is the Nikon afs 17-55mm. |

QUOTE(neverknowgirl @ Feb 20 2014, 11:33 AM) no i load pics into PC directly. Most of the time you don't need high end lens to get good pics. try this method if you want to shoot objects for brochures:- place the camera on some firm support like a bag or pillow or mini tripod ( i use a home made bean bag, just buy those red or green peas and put inside a small pillow casing and tie up the ends) either use manual focus or if use auto focus then focus on the part of the object you want to be clear, then once you got the focus correct, switch it back to manual focus so that the focusing will not change when you press the button) put the camera on delayed timer mode (this will prevent camera shake when you press the button) put camera to aperture priority put to iso 400 or less (less noisy photos) put to F5.6 or higher (if you are putting the camera quite near to the object ) i don't use flash light but make sure your room lighting is good or use a table lamp to get indirect lighting (position some white A4 paper to reflect the table light onto the object ) take many shots, and change the object position and you will find one you like! then, hey you got some great photos ! Enjoy !! |

This phone has the USG ITG pro+ tempered glass installed, which is 0.33mm. The Spigen neo hybrid cover is just about barely able to extend over the glass to help protect it when you place it face down on a table, but it is better not to do this. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |
