if you mean MBP13 with retina then no. without retina then yes

mac bootcamp with win is just like any other PC. if 8gb is good enough for a PC to do whatever you intend to do, then its good enough for a mac in bootcamp.

1) yes there is microsoft office for mac....but 2011 version la sometimes i do see a few quirks on the mac version...format lari la, apa la...not all the time n nothing major la. i'd recommend install windows anyway n use windows version of office.

4) just make sure u enable the setting to allow apps to install from any download source

for VM (parallels, fusion, etc. preferable if you wont run intensive tasks for windows) then yes. u can make it 'open' or just specify which folder to share.

for bootcamp (correct me if im wrong..didnt use bootcamp for years now so maybe im quite outdated), u can install an app that enables windows to read the OSX partition.

another way (i prefer, if bootcamp la) is to have 3 partitions... 1 for OSX, 1 for windows bootcamp, 1 shared partition (fat32, or NTFS but need to install app to enable OSX to read/write on NTFS).
