As for the infos on how to get it you can find it on dota trade website. It's from a treasure chest called Roshan's Gift. Some say you just need to register a account during 2/4/2014 patch to get it, some say it is dropped in game but must play at PW server. Dunno which 1 is real.

They have an event from 4Apr ~ 7Apr during China Tomb Sweeping Holiday, what you need to do is play 5 ranked match and got chance to win the legendary chinese zombie courier, and there is 2 famous dota player (secret) playing during these few days. If u meet them in match u will get some secret gift.
