ya right. i was stuck at the FPX, thought i didn't get it anyway. then vmall gave me an order number and asked to print something but my network printer gave me problem at the same time and i didn't take down the order no. thought gone case. anyway, finally got this "processing" status.

i chat with Vmall CS on the site, i got very prompt reply.. good service.

i asked is it possible to self collect? the answer is NO.

Dai Gor, u think marketing is such an easy job meh.
Just see the flow of FB, contest, setup of website, user testing event, launching event, cooperation with Lazada, SuperBuy, logistic, hiring of personnel, material printing, not even mention everything also need to comply with M'sia local law, etc.

I am quite sure Huawei planned this project since last year, or even back to 2012.
That is why this 3C project is running so well.
As a marketing person, I give Huawei marketing team 10 out of 10 for this project. Almost flawless.
Of cuz, even before this, Huawei already got root in M'sia, it helps a lot.
And 3C is a really good phone, may be the best phone with this price range.

While Xiaomi can simply launch Xiaomi in M'sia just to catch up with Huawei 3C project, while not everything is completely setup yet.
Simply setup a website and sell their phone.

Then what will u guys say then?
"Hah? After start selling 2 weeks then only got launching event 1 ah? What a joke"
"website so sucks. Huawei website much better"
"Pui. Bad customer service, call x 3 no one answer one."
"Kanasai, after order 10 days only get it"

Faster is not necessary better. 3 months ago, everyone go for Moto G.
But what happen now? Everyone is crazy for 3C.
Even one of my fd who bought Moto G about 3 months ago is considering to sell it and go for 3C.
Who knows what will happen when Xiaomi launch?
Give Xiaomi team some time la bro.
