My question is, will the quality suffer because the signal goes thru a non 4K AVR? Or will the difference be negligible?

My Sony Blu-Ray 4K player does have 2 HDMI outputs. One for video and one audio. But now I'm just using the  one into the AVR that handles both video and audio. If I use one HDMI2.0 straight to TV, and the other to AVR, won't the synchronisation be a little off?

Any budget soundbar to recommend with my Philips 4k tv. When I watch Netflix I'm getting low dialogue on the ultra box. Music n fx too loud at times.Budget around 200+-.

I was thinking of adding another dry wall with framing ( but thinking wood or normal aluminum studs) anyone have done it before?

This is my current setup...
The TV is 85" TCL T7E 144hz VRR & ALLM gaming TV powered by Ugoos X4 Plus running on CoreElec.
Amp is Denon X2500 driving 7.2 channel Dolby Atmos setting with front speakers by Hivi Swans.  The atmos speakers is my DIY upward firing Atmos speakers. 
I use dual subwoofer with 1 unit SVS PC12 Plus and a DIY 15" seal sub with Dayton Audio UM15-22.
Surround is Wharfadale surround.

Best you go listen to the speakers. Everyone has different taste 😂 for me Klipsch is too bright to my taste.

Stylelaser and Desa Home have a lot of options to demo.

Not my taste though, during Gelombang there was a room using Klipsch... the highs were ringing in my ears 

Hi all, anyone using Yamaha RX-A6A? can share your experience? so far any issue with 4k 120hz? Im currently using Yamaha RX-A1080, not sure if worth it for the upgrade or should i wait for next generation?

Also wonder how is the performance if compare A6A with Denon 4800....

So far I’m managed to get around 8.8k with trade in of the a1080…which I don’t think really worth it

If I use the international adaptor, will the US speaker with the electrical plug usable in Malaysia as Malaysia plug is different from US plug. Thank you.

Hi guys. Recently i acquired some old home theater sound system. It is Yamaha AVX-S80. I think the player broken oredi. So, i want to reuse the speaker and woofer but connect to pc. Is it possible ah? Please guide, as i'm total noob with audio things.
