When I ask one of the shop for the double lock or Locktech, he said 2.0v is push start button, so the lock is different from others. It is true ?

I felt quite noisy when driving more than 90KM/H. Just got my car on yesterday evening.

Last weekend drove my altis during heavy rain. Roof insulation so bad that even my child woke up from sleep...You can hear 'kling...kling..kling' sound when raindrops hit your roof and also you windshield (due to acoustic feature- read somewhere acoustic windshield tech allow manufacturer to make the glass thinner without affecting NVH however, when raindrops hits it, the sound totally will annoy you )

Ive gone through toyota tribe. Found out new vios also having this problem(http://www.tribetoyota.com.my/forum/topic.dot?topic_id=3415)..Some of them already sent their cars to 3s...some 3s would say "this is normal". But some accept the complain and promised to do thorough inspection and redo the insulation for the car.

If anybody here experience the same problem, let us complain to 3s and umw. Hoping they will do something. People always say, customers always right. so, lets show them our rights

was trying to install Locktech Thailand built but the stock's wiring seems to be for old Altis, I have to wait for another 2 weeks....

anyway, the Aerokit bodykit + installation was quoted RM1.5K only Not bad.

Fuel Consumption Sharing

Traveled to kelantan last weekend..After fully filled my car with shell ron95 (RM93.00 when gauge reach 'E' line and fuel light alarming) , my 2.0v reached 628km with balance of 72km more cruising range. Average fuel consumption reading 14.3km/L.

Have not test drive altis yet. Booked the new sylphy. Should I consider this instead?

Also btw, my grey altis looks way2 cooler than most new cars on the road!! - ofc, my opinion tho. Totally love it.
