from my experience, doing cardio early in the morning before breakfast is effective in reducing body fat. QUOTE ... doing it in the morning because u will not have eaten for that eight hour period that u r asleep. ur muscles will have used up just about all of their glycogen (sugar used for energy) stores. once this happens, ur body turns to using stored body fat for fuel. u r more than welcom to exercise anytime u like, just do not eat 8-10 hours before.

take note that the guy in the example wasnt exactly flabby or fat to begin with, he was already in good shape before, burning fat off when you're already in good physical shape isnt hard. going from flabby to toned is whats hard.
