IMO, From 568K, 1 room unit is not cheap at all.... not good for rental play and not practical for family occupation...seems like a stuck in the middle products if this is fully furnished than can re-consider... |

I met the SA at Aeon Equine yesterday, 550k is before 15% discount, lake view fully booked, remaining are the 'DELL' view..
and the agent told me actual is only 13% discount, 2% will be taken by developer. |

seems like the built up has changed to 710sq ft & 750sq ft...

More than 50% below S&P pricing. And still very low occupancy rate here at the moment. Sawtelle suites is located at an area that looks like its abandoned. Even if u were to stay there u would need to renovate the unit heavily.
Its also not close to anything. |

More than 50% loss in value and I doubt got any subsale transaction at all. Cannot find any record on brickz.
