Students yes but also already oversupply in cyberjaya. Too many places all aiming to catch the students rental.

Anyway specifically for Sawtelle and also the beside Lakeview Residency.
I guess is a gone case project. Occupancy rate is very very low. If you go the car park area, is like zero vehicles parking there.
Almost like vacant building from far.

Nearby surrounding villa is abandon I guess. All very eyes sore to the view. Not sure under the same developer or not.
Even lelong at half price for Sawtelle, I dont think is worth to get it at the moment. Yeah and more lelong units checking in. All still at high price.

Oh I see, those must be the reasons. Thanks. Over here in area surrounding Puteri Harbour Iskandar, many beautiful highrises with low occupancy too.
