2 bidders. Bid up from reserve price of 190k. Sold at 212k. Good catch.   |

The worst performing property in Cyberjaya or even the whole Klang Valley currently. Launched price above 500k++. Lelong transacted price today at 200k++. More than 50% loss in value and I doubt got any subsale transaction at all. Cannot find any record on brickz.
