How come this thread is so quiet? Rm600-700 per sqft is too pricey, isn't it? What is the selling point of this property compared to other less expensive ones like cristal? :unsure:

i suppose the selling point is duplex fronting scenic & iconic putrajaya lake view, and low density

developer needs to sort out the access road for this one though, together with lakeview residency (ongoing)

duplex fronting putrajaya lake..beats the duplex in pangea for sure
