Many New Alza on the road these few days, with Myvi price i can only think of 3 new car not used (exclude proton too much time needed to handle) which is Myvi itself, Alza and Picanto lol..what else? Among these, alza got more metal, space, longer wheelbase comfort etc..after 3 months used FC i can say in layman term: more or less same like Myvi my advantage. Somemore, in September pump petrol got new ruling coming out in beta mode not sure.

59k i mean the SE almost major problem free , minor problem not free, ANCAP 4 stars, not racing kaki lover, not climb genting hot fans for starbuck , space and boot gay partner. smile.gif

About the HU someone here i think need info from me as a user, i had change the HU 2din 9inch around 2k+ (included HU with gps, adam subwoofer, pioneer tweeter and reverse camera), plug and play only no need worry about warranty. Keep the ori HU for future warranty needs.

I think i found the source of the rattling sound from the back, there's a head rest holder which you place your 3rd role seat head rest on it. It's not really tight fit in certain occasion it will hit the holder wall.
*
Yup, the 3rd row headrest is troublesome if you didnt intend to use 3rd row, it is an extra items lol. I put it between the 3rd and 2nd row seat just right no need kik kok when bumpy road:).. i noticed another thing is seatbelt, but nvm no time to do it, my ivory white 1 month nvr wash taste like chocolate latte.

i got 1.8k discount with standard stuff like petrol and payung FOC , but my interest rate is 3.15%maybank
haiyo but wait time for me is somewhere around 2.5mths, just called P2 callcareline. if they take longer i can consider my uncle's camry liow.

what do you guys think? new alza (able to afford) or 06 camry 2.4 fullspec (maintenance and petrol concerns) only can buy in 2015 cause my uncle is waiting for number plate to arrive, melaka slow.  rclxub.gif

That was a very nice discount! Just grab it. Btw standard or se or advanced?

Besides, camry 06 are you sure you interested to buy it? Please think very wisely. It is already 9yrs car, let say you want loan 9 yrs i assume, that means by the time you use until loan done is 18 yrs man! Toyota car 10yrs onwards, that will gonna hurt your pocket. Machine is subject to wear an tear. Think of best bang of buck, 1 is new car maintenance FOC 3 years, old junk maintenance subjective, all sort of mounting kicks in etc...easily $$. If you like MOD car and enjoy classic ok, just revamp it become premium but you need time and interest smile.gif

I had installed UR strut bar, this is my review on 3 months usage so far

Pros: Handling and stability improved. Good combination with the already installed stock stabilizer bar behind on every Alza by P2. 130kmh stable like forte. 130kmh above noob stock tyre face showing in - noisy and less gripping ability on Synergy M5, you will more likely stay below 130 for cruising. Car body and steering is more solid feel. Car is more rigid and can improved slightly brake performance (not too significant) due to reduce of body roll.

Cons: Steering is became more sensitive. If road is straight and your alignment is out abit, here comes the cons, you need more little effort compared to no strut bar to keep align the steering straight.
Price: 120 (Included install)

Misc:
I went Gua Musang go and back from kl today(terrible jam), go and back 15+ new alza spotted. Very hot car now, with myvi price get extra space. My support to this car again is well worth -best of the price for mini mpv.
Exp: 1) With 4 pax inside overtake trailer or lorry, revv like 1.3 1st gen Myvi.
2) Ueven road like sea wave pattern road, get your seat belt tighten you will be a kangaroo. I'm thinking spring
buffer will solve this?

More or less is like this i can share. smile.gif

hi owners. I am considering to get Alza Advance. I've been "googling" the past few weeks for an updated review on 2014 version of Alza Advance but can't really find find what I want. Hope it's not too off topic to post this here.

I would like to find out on the sound insulation especially for the roof. I read in many forums/review/blogs that the roof sounds like a zinc roof when driving under rain. Does anyone here own a 2014 Alza Advance (or any 2014 Alza) and can you advise if the sound insulation(especially the roof) is still the same - not any better?

Hope someone can reply on my question. Thanks in advance.
*
Roof rain is in acceptable level better than previous gen. Insulators are added in 2014 Alza.
What you worry better focus on tyre first. My Alza se 10k mileage f***er silverstone M5 130kmh steering shake after rotation and balancing. Get ur self a better set of this noob tyre pls. Thank you.

could be bloated tyre (minor bloating), my brother kena on his saga BLM before, bloated front tyre. yea, the noob synergy M series tyre. you going 130kmh for an alza, bet the car a bit shaky then.
*
Bloating what to do still new...hence I advise those just bought the car change tyre 1st before no resale at all...130kmh is acceptable level if you tried it north south highway dude..140kmh you can feel caution is needed..mrr2 or bumpy highway pls don't try it, car bouncy and easily buang when you bounce in the middle of air.

Not as noisy as m5 and better traction...not easy skid as before but if you have extra moolah... ps3 is way to go

If my mileage around 20k km per year...i would buy ps3...but since my mileage around 60k km per year...cannot tahan ha ha
*
How much per pc ur tyre? Absorb potholes comfort?

Ps3 too high price, comparing ep200 & cd2...thks for ur info smile.gif

What can I give u review is more power than almera..uphill normally I just rev like a man thats it...rev like a lady u will feel fucking underpower.

Nice looking mini mpv only, driving comfort really need improve by p2, drive uneven potholes u gonna suffer, the feeling of the car breaking into 2....

Handling so so even with front ur strut bar better than myvi, responsive avg....

If u going buy, I would prefer chnage tyres, brake pad, and add racing bar, then alza only can be near perfect to carry goods like a van!

I notice Alza speedometer is faster (about km/h) than what my GPS indicate and actual distance covered is less by 100m per every km since day 1 getting the car. The distance covered is verified by the milestones indicators on the road. Any advice?
*
Speedometer and distance should not verified by gps, it is from statelite data, time is based on gravity, unless is space time. A black holecan suck ur time too.

Because I don't think alza has avg or on par solid built body, easily felt it break into two (myvi had nicer feel), car leg soft, rattling sound everywhere even new car, uneven road whole cabin easily noisy like hell and felt tyres will run off....since new thinking to selloff faster......get a triton and bang all the alza ass become TRAITOR...

E250 uk spec 3mths shipping, all tgt 6mths cheaper 40k sell it off take profits...next shipping volkwagen countryman anyone?
