I find the current phase of 24x75 too near the river which is less than 100m at max from the river bank.

Btw, what is the approx. distance of the nearest Emerald houses to the cable towers?

Well, my observation is that the whole of TTDI AI is build on higher grounds based on the two water reservoirs built just next to TTDI AI. Might be wrong though.

My concern is if the river is prone to future bank erosion.
