Damn competitive around AI area.

Eg:

West side have Giant and most famous NSK

North side Aeon Big just outside of AI at Sek. 23

South we have bukit rimau aeon big,giant,econsave,hero.

East side got another tesco,giant too.

Jusco also competitive.

West side people definitely go huge jusco at bukit tinggi.

East side better go Pyramid

North side mainly is malay resident, they have quite a number mall in shah alam / ole ole sek 18.

that's why i said AI commercial is tough unless something totally new concept is adopt here.

jusco if in KK also will die, cause jusco bukit tinggi big enough. Gamuda walk good enough for community mall

now seksyen 13 jusco also under construction.
