I'm working at KLCC too actually. Yeap, the fastest route would certainly need toll. It will be KESAS > MAJU > MEX. Since you are working at KLCC or KL Sentral area, ever considered taking the LRT? Park at perhaps Subang LRT and from there, take LRT down. Both have stations so should be quite convenient.

At the moment, there are really very limited business/shop lots here in Alam Impian. At best, only 10 shop lots, for a residential township of 1,200 acres++ with a few thousand households, which is really insufficient.

Good thing is, there is currently a business centre under development, with target completion of 48 shop lots due for completion in mid 2021.
There's also major work at the lake area where Setia will be doing a 1,000 pax ballroom, Welcome Centre, Sales gallery and a club house. Looks really good and promising to be honest.

you mean shah alam ktm @ sek19. as good as that sounds, actual parking space are limited. most just park where ever space around. MBSA been closing one eye, but from time to time you get mass summon to anyone on the grass or white lines.
