Went to NAZA H/q today and was advised the VP for Zircona likely end of Aprii or early May

I also received the notice on the VP

Hooray we already got the keys for our house last Tuesday , 6 May , the first , we were told. The handing over was quite professionally done. There were no major defects. The electrical meter was installed .We were advised the electricity supply will be available next week. The water meter is not installed yet but there is water in the water storage tanks. The meter on the way

We signed the SPA in June so we are not entitled for the LAD.

Mine is in front of the Surau. We plan to move in end June , before fasting begin.

The Zircona Phase was handed over without the Guard Post and the fencing. According to the NAZA officer, the original Layout Plan submitted to the Local Authority, the MBSA, does not include these facilities. The Certificate of Completion and Compliance , CCC, was issued on 16 April 2014. The NAZA officer also mentioned that after 3 months of issuance the CCC, they will proceed to construct the Guard House and the Fencing. They are in process of getting the Quotations for these works. Hopefully these will be completed by end July 2014.

Good news. Both water and electricity supplies already available at my house today. By the way , my house is the corner lot of the pictures posted above. So my proposed shifting by end June looks very likely.

Hairul... I installed my electric gate for rm 1750.00. The glass roofing for porch you can get at rm 50.00 psf.

The defects for my house are only minor. Most of them attended to although you have to follow- up with their Team.

Anybody can advise on how to active the free Unifi service .

Jfjc....Of course, once you collected the keys for the house , you are responsible for it

Hopefully this will be resolved once the fencing is installed. I was informed that this will be done next month , August.
